ids Plaza corp. will be a member of the project team together with the Client including GAP Architect, Teldar Developments Limited, our Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and directed by our development Manager and senior cost estimator.

Expected Services will include, but not limited to the evaluation of architectural, mechanical, electrical, environmental and detailed space planning. Complete architectural design engineering and construction drawings with completed.

When sufficient information is available and the site has been established Value Engineering will begin. We will propose savings through analysis of building management and site evaluation.

Depending on the proposed site Electrical and Mechanical Services can may be performed as design build. This will ensure a guaranteed fixed price during the time of construction.

Maximum Value will be assessed with all proposed buildings, sites and projects.
